About HR Onsite

HR Onsite is a division of Nova Training and Consulting which was founded by Christine Pohlkamp. Ms. Pohlkamp began her career as a professional trainer with Dun and Bradstreet in 1981. She worked her way up to the position of National Training Manager before leaving in 1990 to launch her own training company--Christine Pohlkamp and Associates--which has since evolved into Nova.

In 1987 Christine received her diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. As an outstanding graduate of the programme Christine was invited by St. F.X. to be involved in the delivery of that same diploma programme at various institutions across Canada.

Now training professionals across the country benefit from her expertise in the training field. When she is not training for the university Christine works with a broad range of public and private sector organizations to help them reach their training objectives.

Through the years she has developed an extensive network of training consultants, Christine is known for collaborating with these and other professionals to produce and deliver the finest possible programmes for her clients.
